Cleaning cloths made from regenerated cotton and polyester sources.
Recycled textiles including old clothes, household textiles, home furnishing and other fabrics are recycled into new yarn. We are then able to turn these recycled textiles into new great value cotton and or polyester cleaning cloths.
Recycled textile yarn is available in a range of colours and each customer can choose their own design of colours and / or stripes for the finished towel. Made to order for each customer each design can be unique. We can optionally include sewn in labels.
The minimum order quantity for this item is 15,000 units, supplied un-folded in cartons or pallets or optionally in branded packaging at extra cost.
The cleaning cloths are available in two main compositions though as mentioned each customer design is unique. The first composition is a bi-face cleaning cloth with one side of cotton and a rougher microfibre reverse for additional cleaning strength and absorbency.

Option 1: Recycled Cotton & Microfibre Cleaning Cloths.
One side of cotton towelling, one side of microfibre for added cleaning properties and absorbency.
Composition:
Recycled cotton is a regenerated fibre made approximately of one part cotton and one part polyester.
Cotton side of cleaning cloth is therefore being approximately composed of 70% cotton 30% polyester entirely of recycled sources.
Microfibre side of cleaning cloth being 100% polyester microfiber.
To ensure a strong and durable product, the ground of the cleaning cloth (base) is made from non-recycled polyester. This is to ensure snag resistance.
The final composition is therefore approximately 32% recycled cotton; 58% recycled polyester; 10% polyester.
Option 2: Recycled Cotton Cleaning Cloths
Cleaning cloths made from recycled cotton sources.
Composition:
Recycled cotton is a regenerated fibre made approximately of one part cotton and one part polyester.
Loop on both sides of the towel is recycled material (70% cotton / 30% polyester).
The base of the fabric is a snag resistant strong polyester, resulting in a durable and long lasting product.
Final composition, including polyester base = 63% cotton, 37% polyester.
